Yunxi Guo is a Chinese multimedia artist with experience in digital compositing for films, motion graphics and interactive art. Currently living in Chicago, she obtained her BFA and MFA degrees from the School of Visual Arts, focusing on computer art, animation and visual effects. She observes and is inspired by daily life. Pursuing the beauty of objects, she engages sound to explore their emotional content. The themes of her artwork are not limited to characters or stories, but also connect computer-generated art to daily activities. She applies commercial design techniques to interactive installations as a starting point for creative possibilities.
